Ex-Khmer Rouge leader Nuon Chea dies at 93

PHNOM PENH (Kyodo) -- Nuon Chea, who was the chief ideologist and No. 2 leader of Cambodia's Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s, died Sunday, according to his daughter. He was 93.
