KUALA LUMPUR (Sep 20) -- New property project launches in Malaysia are expected to gather pace in the second half of this year following a pickup in sales rate in the first six months of the year, the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association said Wednesday.
Malaysian property developers sold 48% of newly launched projects in the first half, higher than the 45% sold in the second half of 2016, the grouping of the local property developers said in a statement.
