Malaysia's Acme Holdings Sees 34.02 Mln Shares Worth MYR11.57 Mln Sold Off-Market

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 02) -- Malaysia's Acme Holdings, an audio systems maker, saw a total 34.02 million shares valued at 11.57 million ringgit ($2.73 million) sold in off-market trades, data from N2N trading platform shows.

The shares transacted represent 16.2% of the company's total issued paid up capital, as per data on the trading platform. The shares were traded in two blocks at 0.34 ringgit per share, representing 12.8% discount to open market price of 0.39 ringgit.

The identity of the sellers and buyers were not disclosed.
