Malaysia's EITA Resources Gets Escalators Supply Contract Worth MYR80.60 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 28) -- EITA Resources, a Malaysia-based electrical components maker, said Wednesday it has bagged a contract worth 80.60 million ringgit ($20.54 million) from Prasarana Malaysia for the supply, installation and commissioning of escalators for Package ESC (E).

The package is for the Light Rail Transit Line 3 from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia, the company said in an exchange filing.

A total of 114 escalators will be installed according to the contract, the filing added.
