By Singapore Newsroom
Nikkei Markets
SINGAPORE (Sep 14) -- Singapore-listed Global Yellow Pages, which last month restructured as a real-estate and digital-search company, said Thursday its unit Bellfield Estate has signed an agreement to buy a 21.85 hectares vacant land in New Zealand from land development company Motleon for S$37.3 million ($27.63 million).

"The proposed acquisition is part of the company's strategy to further develop its core property business by increasing its development pipeline and building up its property portfolio," the company said in an exchange filing.
