KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 09) -- Malaysia's Ibraco, a property developer and construction company, said Friday it plans to construct a building for 50 million ringgit ($12.79 million) under a build-lease pact with CMS Education.
Under the plan, CMS Education will shift its current Tunku Putra School to the site when it is ready, the company said in an exchange filing. The deal was entered into via its associate company Ibraco Help Education.
Ibraco said the project is expected to be completed in September 2019.
