GEORGE TOWN, Malaysia The man behind Malaysia's monthlong George Town Festival wears an ankle-length sarong, baju melayu and songkok -- the traditional dress of ethnic Malay men -- with aplomb, whether entertaining officials or joining the crowds in enjoying the music, dance, theater and art performances that he has organized.
