Yun Duk-min is the ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Japan. He was previously chancellor of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy in Seoul.
When I arrived in Tokyo as ambassador in July 2022, it was the first time I saw the Japanese public being coldhearted toward Korea.
