At first blush, Indonesia appears to be connecting all the dots in its net zero emissions future. President Prabowo Subianto recently laid out an ambitious energy transition plan that has generated considerable chatter in global energy circles. But at the end of the day, there's doubt whether he or his government will be able to pull it off.
