Nancy Snow is visiting distinguished professor of strategic communications and advisor in the Schwarzman Scholars Program and author of "The Mystery of Japan's Information Power."

Later this summer, Tunisia will become only the second African country to host the eighth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD8). It will be the first since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
