Gender parity in the workforce is backsliding globally, according to the Global Gender Gap Report 2022 published by World Economic Forum this week, which concludes that at the current pace, it will take 132 years to close the gap. Before we sigh in despair, there are immediate actions that women can collectively take to boost our societal position by changing the way we network.
