HONG KONG -- From cigars to Botox and hospital beds, Shanghai has remained the costliest place for luxury living in Asia, the latest Lifestyle Index by Swiss private bank Julius Baer showed on Tuesday.
For the second year, the Chinese city overtook Singapore and Hong Kong as the most expensive market for luxury goods and services, despite Chinese President Xi Jinping's crackdown on conspicuous spending.
