Odds of Doha Round breakthrough in Kenya look slim

GENEVA -- The Doha Round of multilateral trade talks may be about to hit a wall -- again.

     The World Trade Organization will hold an official ministerial conference in Nairobi next Tuesday, seeking agreements on the elimination of export subsidies and other matters. But members remain far apart on key details.
