WASHINGTON/SEOUL/BEIJING -- Shinzo Abe's speech to the U.S. Congress earned largely positive reviews from both sides of the political aisle. The Japanese prime minister did not satisfy his staunchest congressional critics, however, let alone South Korea and China.
