China's face of financial reform, Lou Jiwei, steps down

BEIJING -- China's legislature will replace four ministers, including finance chief Lou Jiwei, known for leading major tax reforms and playing an instrumental role in establishing the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the official Xinhua News Agency said Monday.

Xiao Jie, deputy secretary-general of the State Council, will become the new finance minister.
