NEW YORK -- Defense ministers of the U.S., U.K. and Australia will meet as part of the AUKUS trilateral security arrangement in London on Thursday to discuss license-free exports of advanced sciences and technology to each other.

The meeting comes as the U.K. and Australia begin negotiations on a treaty that would focus on the delivery of the SSN-AUKUS, a planned fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.
