BEIJING -- China will on March 1 tighten restrictions on sharing military information online, clamping down on avenues for leaks about its plans and capabilities while tensions mount around Taiwan.
The restrictions could further cloud the visibility of a military buildup that has already been noted to lack transparency, with potential consequences for the stability of the security situation in East Asia.
