ISTANBUL -- Chinese companies flocked in record numbers to an international defense fair in Turkey's commercial capital of Istanbul last week, far outnumbering their U.S. peers.
A total of 104 Chinese firms attended the 16th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF), looking for business opportunities in Turkey's growing defense production and export industry, as well as tapping visiting foreign military and defense procurement delegations to expand their reach further.
