SEOUL -- South Korea will on Wednesday partially suspend a military deal with North Korea, following Pyongyang's claim to have successfully put a spy satellite into orbit.
President Yoon Suk Yeol approved a cabinet decision on the 2018 agreement, allowing his country to restore surveillance operations along its border with the North. The move sets the stage for deeper antagonism between the two sides, which are still technically at war.
