India, Russia ink big missile, military helicopter deals

GOA, India -- Hours before hosting a summit of five emerging world economies here, India on Saturday announced a deal to buy S-400 Triumf long-range surface-to-air missiles from Russia.

The purchase will help India bolster its defenses along its borders with China and Pakistan.
