JAKARTA -- Indonesia kicks off a two-month campaign on Wednesday for the country's biggest ever regional elections on Nov. 27, to fill the increasingly powerful positions of provincial governor, and regency and municipal leaders. The outcome of these votes will yield clues as to how successful incoming President Prabowo Subianto's programs are likely to be and who might emerge as politicians of national prominence.
