TOKYO -- Ever since becoming minister of marine affairs and fisheries, Susi Pudjiastuti -- or just Susi, as she is widely known -- has taken a hard line against fishing vessels operating illegally in Indonesian waters. How hard? She has captured boats blown to smithereens.
