PESHAWAR, Pakistan -- Afghanistan's Taliban rulers have rebuked Pakistan over its expulsion of undocumented migrants as thousands of Afghans cross back over the border after Islamabad's deadline expired this week.

Mullah Muhammad Yaqoob, the Taliban regime's defense minister, chided Pakistan with a proverb in Pashto: "As you sow, so shall you reap."
