SYDNEY/JAKARTA -- Australia's Anthony Albanese, in his first overseas trip since securing a second term as prime minister, will head to Indonesia on Wednesday with an eye toward bolstering a key regional partnership as both countries grapple with an increasingly volatile U.S.-China relationship.

Observers see several topics that could come up for discussion, including critical minerals.
