NEW YORK -- U.S. President Joe Biden condemned Russia for violating the principles that the United Nations was founded upon in his nearly 30-minute address to the General Assembly on Wednesday, while also stressing that he did not want a new cold war with China.
"This war is about extinguishing Ukraine's right to exist," Biden said.
