WASHINGTON -- U.S. industry groups, lawmakers and experts are pushing the White House to work with other countries in crafting restrictions on technology exports to China, both to boost their effectiveness and to limit harm to businesses.
Former senior officials stressed multilateral action at a hearing last Thursday by the bipartisan U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
