SEOUL -- China and South Korea have agreed to work together toward restarting intergovernmental talks with Japan, looking to hold a trilateral summit among their leaders at an early date.
South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin and Chinese counterpart Wang Yi agreed on the need for three-way dialogue during a roughly 80-minute telephone call on Thursday.
