LIMA, Peru -- U.S. President Joe Biden will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum here Saturday to stress the importance of keeping communication open between the rival powers as he prepares to leave the White House.
