NEW DELHI -- South Korean automobile giant Hyundai Motor has come under fire in India over a controversial social media post by its Pakistani dealer expressing solidarity with the people of the disputed Kashmir region.

The Indian foreign ministry on Tuesday said it summoned the South Korean ambassador to New Delhi the previous day over the incident, adding that "the strong displeasure of the government on the unacceptable social media post by Hyundai Pakistan was conveyed to him."
