South Korea and U.S. ready for first full-scale war games in 4 years

Exercises to resume in August as North Korea launches missiles at breakneck pace

SEOUL -- The U.S. and South Korea will stage full-fledged joint military exercises for the first time in four years since the drills were put on hold to open up dialogue with North Korea.

The war games will be held between late August and early September and will include air, naval and ground personnel and equipment.
