JAKARTA -- Speaking at a key regional forum on Friday, Indonesia's Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi warned that the Indo-Pacific is "showing symptoms" of "a Cold War in hot places."

In her introduction to a session at the ASEAN meetings taking place in Jakarta this week, Marsudi highlighted the importance of the only regional forum that involves all key Indo-Pacific countries.
