MANILA -- The Philippines will continue to use diplomatic approaches to protect its territory in the South China Sea and elsewhere, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said Monday in his second State of the Nation address.
"We will protect our sovereign rights and preserve our territorial integrity, in defense of a rules-based international order," Marcos said.
