Obama faces up to war in call for new US-Vietnam relationship

HANOI -- U.S. President Barack Obama wrapped up the main political portion of his Vietnam trip Tuesday, taking the opportunity to stress the new strategic relationship being built between two countries once locked in a brutal conflict.
