NEW DELHI -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Friday told his Indian counterpart, S. Jaishankar, that his country was grateful for New Delhi's neutral stance on the Ukraine crisis amid Western efforts to isolate Moscow over the invasion.

"We appreciate that India is taking this situation in the entirety of facts, not just in a one-sided way," Lavrov said during a two-day visit to the Indian capital.
