JAKARTA -- Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said the city-state's plan to import low-carbon electricity from Indonesia is progressing well, as he met with Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo in their last meeting as leaders of the two countries on Monday.

"We look forward to Indonesia driving the green economy in our region," Lee said during a joint press conference after the meeting at the presidential palace in Bogor, on the outskirts of Jakarta. "Bilaterally we are making good progress in cross-border electricity trading."
