VIENTIANE -- ASEAN leaders agreed Wednesday on Thailand's proposal to hold an "informal consultation of ASEAN" meeting in Bangkok in December to bring peace back to Myanmar in light of the 10 member states having made slow progress on the issue so far.
Thailand's Foreign Ministry spokesman Nikorndej Balankura said that the meeting will be limited to the 10 ASEAN members.
