PARIS (Reuters) -- U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy held talks in Paris on Saturday, brought together by a grand ceremony to mark the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral.
