WASHINGTON -- U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in China on Wednesday, with a principal objective of warning Beijing not to assist Russia's military production. But the trip comes at a time when China is increasingly concerned about the trajectory of the bilateral relationship, as Washington ramps up sanctions and tariffs to shield its domestic industry from Chinese rivals.
Chinese state media announced the secretary's arrival in Shanghai on Wednesday afternoon.
