BEIJING/HANOI -- After securing a third term at the Communist Party's helm, Chinese President Xi Jinping is tackling a busy diplomatic schedule ahead of November's Group of 20 summit in Indonesia.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi spoke with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken by phone on Monday, China time.
