BEIJING -- Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a speech at a China-CELAC Forum meeting with Latin American and Caribbean foreign ministers on Tuesday, Beijing announced Sunday.
The forum was set up in 2014 with the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, which has 33 members. The latest gathering in the Chinese capital marks the forum's fourth ministerial-level meeting.
