SEOUL -- One month since the Halloween crowd crush in Itaewon, law enforcement and lawmakers in South Korea are each pushing their own investigations into the cause of the tragedy.

Annual Halloween festivities turned deadly in Seoul's popular nightlife district on Oct. 29 as thousands of revelers crowded into a narrow alleyway lined with restaurants and bars. The crush killed 158 people, including 26 foreign nationals.
