TEHRAN -- Countries across Asia on Friday condemned Israel's strikes aimed at Iran's nuclear facilities, issued travel advisories and scrambled to secure their interests and citizens.

The attack came a day after the International Atomic Energy Agency's board declared Iran to be in breach of its nuclear nonproliferation obligations. The Israel Defense Forces on Friday said Iran was "closer than ever to obtaining a nuclear weapon," calling this an "existential threat" to Israel and the world.
