PNG plan for Indonesian rice monopoly riles Canberra

AUCKLAND -- A dispute has broken out between Australia and Papua New Guinea after the government in Port Moresby floated a plan to give an Indonesian company near-monopoly control of PNG's rice market in return for a major investment in domestic rice production.
