Marcos return looms large as Philippines remembers 'People Power'

Dictator's son appears poised to retake power 36 years after father's ouster

MANILA -- Protesters chanted "Never again!" to commemorate the 1986 "People Power" revolution, the mass uprising that overthrew Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos and ended his two-decade rule.

But some demonstrators in Manila on Friday warn that history is at risk of being turned upside down.
