SINGAPORE -- Singapore on Tuesday issued a report detailing a revised set of electoral boundaries, marking the clearest signal yet that the country's general election this year is near.
The next election must be held by November after the expiry of the current parliament's five-year term, but the prime minister can call a snap poll.
