SEOUL -- South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol said in a televised address Saturday that he "will never give up," after lawmakers voted to impeach him.

Yoon has come under immense public criticism for his failed attempt to impose martial law on Dec. 3 when troops were sent into the National Assembly.
