BANGKOK -- Thai conservatives are putting pressure on the government to end negotiations with Cambodia on joint development projects in resource-rich undemarcated sea areas, warning of a possible loss of territory.

Protesters likened the talks to treason as they demonstrated in front of Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra's office here Friday. A petition with more than 100,000 signatures was submitted to the government, according to organizers.
