SINGAPORE -- A divide between Asian companies and their Western peers over doing business in Russia shows little sign of narrowing, two weeks after the invasion of Ukraine.

While many Western companies have announced they are pulling out of Russia in protest, Asian companies have been notably less vocal in criticizing the invasion even as some curtail their activities in response to financial sanctions and other disruptions.
