TOKYO -- As Ukraine continues to battle Russian forces invading its territory, Japan is largely unable to legally provide weapons as the its Western partners do. But one area where it is helping is in land mine clearing as a way to aid reconstruction efforts.
One Japanese company in particular, Nikken, has experience in the area.
