TOKYO -- Russian troops are gathering for an attack on eastern Ukraine, the latest satellite images show. Images from U.S. satellite operator Maxar Technologies reveal Russian troops forming a convoy to the front lines in the east of the country, and armored vehicles and other equipment waiting at military bases in western Russia.
